Please complete KCWA Membership Application Form(s) for all adult members to ensure receipt of eligible benefits. Please arrange £5 (Individual Membership) or £10 (Family Membership) monthly payments via standing order, by the 7th of each month. KCWA Social Club Membership will be confirmed after receipt of first monthly payment. Initial payments made after the 7th of the month will result in Membership commencing from the start of the following month.

Application form

Terms and Conditions:
1. There are two types of memberships available for KCWA Social Club: Individual Membership and Family Membership.
2. Family Membership may include up to two adults and two children (under the age of 16) from the same family. All adult members must be registered with KCWA Social Club.
3. The annual membership fee is £60 for Individual Membership and £120 for Family Membership.
4. The membership fee is payable by £5 (Individual Membership) or £10 (Family Membership) monthly instalments by standing order, due by the 7th of every month.
5. Membership benefits are not transferable and may only be claimed by registered members.
6. Any unused benefits from one year are not transferable to the following year.
7. All members of the Family/Individual Membership are entitled to all the benefits in Box A, including KCWA membership subscriptions for all adult members. Child members under the age of 16 are entitled to all the benefits in Box B.
One member from the Family/Individual Membership is entitled to a £10 discount for one chosen benefit per year from Box C.
If a member does not wish to use any Box C benefits, then that member may claim a benefit from Box D to the value decided by the KCWA Board, subject to availability of the benefit.
