This year KCWA elected Holy Saviours Church, Croydon as their charity beneficiary. Welfare Officer Mr Mangalavadanan presented a cheque for £250.00 to Reverent Catherine Tucker on 10th September 2016 at their annual Onam celebration. Reverent Catherine Tucker thanked KCWA for choosing Holy Saviours Church as KCWA’s charity beneficiary this year and informed that money will be spent to restore their garden at the church. KCWA thanked all community members who supported them to raise money for Holy Saviours Church.

On 20/02/15 KCWA presented a cheque for £2,225.00 to mayor Manju Shahul Hameed at the mayors office. The amount was raised from its very first (regular) fundraising activity started on its 40th anniversary. The board has chosen the Croydon Mayors charities as the beneficiary of year 2015. The event was on 31st January, KCWA thank everyone who participated in the event and all the supporters who supported us in this event and helped to raise money for this good cause.

On its 40th anniversary, the KCWA board decided to raise money for charities and charitable purpose here in UK and abroad; especially in Kerala, India in a regular or yearly basis. The board had chosen the Croydon Mayors charities; Macmillan Cancer support and Age UK as the beneficiaries of year 2015.
