Croydon: Melody Stars Croydon, a new music troup formed in Croydon on 25th April 2011.
Mr.Mangalavadanan lighted the lamp and inaugurated Melody Stars in front of the Croydon Malayalees who attended the function in St.Saviours Church Hall, Croydon. Mr.Ashok Kumar offered good support to the Music troup and hoped they will attract and attach the younger generation malayalees close to their cultural values, during his speach.
Mr.Sreekumar, Mr.Thomas, Mr.Surendran, Mr.Sudheesan, Mr.Shamsir, Ms.Sreya Sunil etc performed various Malayalam, Tamil & Hindi songs to entertain the crowd.
Earlier Croydon Chendamelam group performed traditional Chendamelam to announce the arrival of ”Melody Stars” in Croydon. Mr.Aslam(East Ham) provided and controlled the light and sound and it was very excellent. Very delicious food provided by Aswathy restaurent, Croydon.Mr.Sreekumar thanked everyone who attended and supported  the function.
